Default Bicast - Finishes Damaged Sofa

Hi Roger, this sofa was left in a room with a dehumidifier during a water loss.
The customer is blaming the dehu's for the damage, but after inspection
of another sofa in a different room the same damage is present.
It looks like the finish is gone. Any suggestions?

This looks like Bicast. . .

And I think the topcoat is damaged.

Do a test by sanding the deterioated topcoat and reapply using a cotton swab to see the result.

Worst case is you need to redye.
