Default Bicast - Wondering what we can do about this Bicast Leather? Drying out! - Delaminating! Pet damage! Repair failure!

    Hello,
We have a bicast couch and it is showing signs of drying out.
The leather seems to separate here and there and we also have a cut made by one of our pets.
We were told not to treat it with conditioner when we bought it.
I am wondering what we can do about this.

Thanks for getting back to me.
    Attached are some photos.
We had the rip repaired a couple of months ago but it ripped again.
We did not like the work that was done to it to start off with and now it has opened up again.

    Thanks,
    Cathy

Most of the repair for structural integrity has to be done from the reverse side.

The surface is done primarily for aesthetic in appearance.

Questioning how the access to the reverse side is made possible for such repairs.

Are there zippers to these cushions I suppose the pictures are?

Before we go into details how best to do it with beauty and strength.

Need more pictures to show the overall.
