Default 2007 Ford King Ranch – How to restore this greasy with no topcoat left leather interior back to the original?

I have a 2007 Ford King Ranch and the prior owner really messed it up, it looks like the seats and armrest are really greasy and has no topcoat left, I would like to get this back as close to factory as I possibly can, and according to my color chart it is something called AN710 Med Dark Tan. Any help will be appreciated

The first is the back seat and is what the seats are supposed to look like

The second is of the front seat, whoever tried the cleaning messed it up and the feel is almost like buckskin

The third is of the armrest and the driver’s seat

Picture #2 mess-up seat, “Degreasing” with “Topcoat Refinishing” is recommended as follows…

    Degreasing System Instructions:
Degreasing process involves two steps; first is the sufficient penetration of the degreaser to react with the grease and second is to cause a wicking action to bring out the grease. This process may be repeated depending on the depth of grease penetration. An advance technique is to cling wrapped the degreaser to control evaporation for a more effective dwell time.
    1st Phase Degreasing:
1] Warm up Degreaser-2.2 and shake very well until it turns to an opaque gel.
2] Apply direct and agitate with horsehair Brush-1 and/or Eraser-4 and towel extract until it shows clean.
3] Penetrated stains require a deeper penetration, a dwell time of 5 to 30 minutes or before it dries for chemical reaction to occur, follows with towel extraction. Severe cases can be saturated and cling wrapped to control evaporation for a longer overnight dwell.
4] Suspended residue is to be rinse with Rinse-3.0 and towel extract until it shows clean.
5] Let natural dry for suspended particulates to wicks up, erase with Eraser-4 and inspect for satisfaction, otherwise repeat as necessary.
    2nd Phase Stripping:
When topcoat damages are revealed, it is recommended that the entire panel is stripped to ensure an even appearance for topcoat refinishing. This is best done after the degreasing process.
1] Apply optional Stripper-2.3, scrub with leather Eraser-4 and towel extract to remove the topcoat damaged panel entirely.
2] Optional is use leather Razor-60 to shave off the tougher topcoat, smoothen with 1000 – 1500 grit wet/dry sanding disc in conjunction with Rinse-3.0 with repeat towel extraction.
3] Spray Rinse-3.0 to remove topcoat residues to a squeaky clean.
    3rd Phase Hydrating:
1] Spray Hydrator-3.3 with help of foam brush to penetrate the leather for an even appearance.
2] To further activate dormant dyestuff to resurface, the entire seat is wrapped with clear cling wrapper to control evaporation for an overnight dwell for an even appearance. The relaxed leather structure allows the creases and wrinkles to be worked out for better appearance too.
3] Towel extract until towel shows clean prior to immediate fatliquoring.
    4th Phase Fatliquoring:
1] Fatliquor-5.0 follows the same procedure as the Hydrator-3.3, with in between drying application as moisture evaporates.
2] The successive saturated leather is left for slow natural drying for extra softness.
    5th Phase Dry Preparation:
1] Inspect for complete removal of existing topcoat, texture roughness is to be smoothen with sanding (1000 – 1500 grit).
2] The leather surface is work over free of residues with Eraser-4 to an even appearance.
    6th Phase Topcoat Application:
1] First coating is applied by lint free towel or foam brush with optional 1500 grit fine sanding in between dry coating for smoothness.
2] Airbrushing is optional for a professional result with in between fine sanding to achieve the desired smooth feel.
7th Phase Non-stick Rub Resistant Protection:
1] Spray Leather Scent-B or Scent-D, spread with lint free towel or foam brush and it’s ready to use when dry.

    Topcoat Refinishing System
The objective of the topcoat is to impart a film forming coating that provides abrasion and stain resistance to the aniline leather crust. It is this Topcoat-79G that decides its desired luster. Without this topcoat, the aniline leather crust would be: a) poor in aesthetics such as appearance and feel; b) poor physical properties such as wet rub, sweat resistant and scuff resistant; c) poor in ageing properties such as soil resistant and wet cleaning resistant. To improve appearance for faded leathers, reactivating the dormant dyestuff to resurface with Hydrator-3.3 is often an option worth trying before resorting to dye refinishing. Topcoat will enhance the beauty of the leather crust, thus it’s a good practice to test out a little line along the seam on how the appearance will turn out. It is after the appearance test out that the need to apply new dyestuff is decided.
    Instructions:
1] It is recommended that the leather surface is free from foreign soiling prior to topcoat touch-up or refinishing.
2] Touch-up is applicable where a healthy topcoat is physically damaged by working in conjunction with fine sanding in between dry coats for an even appearance.
3] Used, worn and deteriorated topcoat damages are recommended to be stripped clean of the entire panel prior to topcoat refinishing.
4] Sanding is recommended progressively in between coatings rather than on the leather crust itself, as the crust becomes coarser the more it is sanded.
5] Test out a little line along the seam with a cotton swab to see how much the color can be bounced back.
6] Option to increase the color intensity is to use matching transparent Aniline Dye-21. It is best done by airbrushing as color intensity is increase by layers. Do not over do it as the color intensity will be magnified with topcoat.
7] First topcoat is recommended to be applied with lint-free towel or by brushing for better anchorage to the leather crust.
8] Subsequent coating can be airbrush to avoid streaks to the desired appearance.
9] When dry with satisfaction, non-stick rub resistant protects the seats with leather Scent-B.

Picture #1 would suffice a “Periodic Cleaning” as follows…

    Periodic Cleaning System
Periodic cleaning is recommended before soiling causes damages to the finishing. This keeps leather consistently clean and healthy at all times.
    Instructions
    1st Phase Cleaning:
1] Spray Cleaner-3.8 and agitate with horsehair Brush-1, to 1 panel at a time.
2] Towel extracts the suspended soiling until towel shows clean.
3] Spray Rinse-3.0 and towel extract to a squeaky clean.
    2nd Phase Hydrating:
1] Spray Hydrator-3.3, spread with foam brush to hydrate the entire thickness of the leather for an even appearance.
2] Towel extract until it shows clean and it’s ready for immediate fatliquoring.
    3rd Phase Fatliquoring:
1] Spray Fatliquor-5.0, spread with foam brush for an even appearance without the blotchiness and let natural dry.
2] Repeat application in between drying until it’s fully saturated with subsequent application.
3] Dry brush wicks up residue and inspect for satisfaction.
4th Phase Non-stick Rub Resistant Protection:
1] Apply Leather Scent-B or Scent-D after shaking well, spread with lint free towel and is ready for use when dry.

Picture #3 would need a “Restorative Cleaning” as follows…

    Restorative Cleaning System
Restorative cleaning for neglected leathers may reveal topcoat damages and/or penetrated body sweat, oil and grease stain that may lead to further degreasing, stripping of damaged topcoat, erasing of lodge in particulates and topcoat refinishing found in Kit AE3.R or as individual item.
    Instructions
    1st Phase Restorative Cleaning:
1] Apply Prep-4.4, Brush-1 agitate and towel extract until it shows clean.
2] Reapply to the remaining stains, brush spread evenly and let dwell for ½ to 1 hour or overnight, and then towel extract until it shows clean; repeat as necessary until satisfaction.
3] Sticky residue is removed by Cleaner-3.8 with Brush-1 agitation into creases and towel extract until it shows clean.
4] Spray Rinse-3.0, Brush-1 agitates and towel extract to a squeaky clean and check for satisfaction when dry.
5] Reabsorbed stain into the leather structure requires Hydrator-3.3 to wicks them to the surface to be trapped with tissue paper as an option in the 2nd phase.
6] Topcoat inspection is done at this stage to determine the extent of damages through worn and cleaning that may removes the deteriorated and weak finish, is an option to refinish at the 4th phase.
2nd Phase Structural Stain Removal and Reactivating Dormant Dyestuff:
1] Spray Hydrator-3.3, spread with foam brush to hydrate the entire thickness of the leather.
2] Advance technique uses absorbent tissue paper to lay over the entire surface, soak through tight; and free of air spaces as an extension of the surface.
3] This technique allows reactivating dyestuff and wicks up foreign soiling to be caught through by the tissue paper when it’s perfectly dry.
4] The dried surface is further dry clean with Brush-1 and/or Eraser-4 to remove lodge in soiling particulates for inspection.
5] Repeat as necessary or proceed to fatliquoring.
    3rd Phase Fatliquoring:
1] Spray Fatliquor-5.0, spread with foam brush for an even appearance without the blotchiness and let natural dry.
2] Repeat application in between drying until it’s fully saturated with subsequent application.
3] Surface strays when dry need to be driven into the leather structure with the help of Hydrator-3.3 brush application until it turns clear.
4] The dried surface is further dry clean with Brush-1 and/or Eraser-4 to remove lodge in soiling particulates for inspection.
    4th Phase Optional Topcoat Refinishing:
1] An option to strip existing worn blotchy topcoat with Stripper-2.3, erase lodge in soiling particulates with Eraser-4 and refinishing with Topcoat-79G can be found in Kit AE3.R or as individual item.
5th Phase Non-stick Rub Resistant Protection:
1] 1] Apply Leather Scent-B or Scent-D after shaking well, spread with lint free towel and is ready for use when dry.

    Dye Transfer Stain Removal System
Common dye stains are from blue jeans, newsprint and dyed goods. Most of these leathers are absorbent and in most cases the suspended stains is easily reabsorbed into the leather than can be towel extracted entirely. Complete removal of these reabsorbed residual dyes requires a hydrating process to disperse and wicks them. The technique is to place absorbent tissue paper as an extension of the leather surface to trap these fugitive dyes in the wicking process. Fatliquoring to soften and strengthen the leather after complete stain removal is highly recommended. Topcoat refinishing is an option found in Kit AE3.R. Note: Stains that have been attempted by unknown products may be set tougher to remove. It’s also recommended to use tap water wet finger test for tackiness or sliminess. If it is, acidifying it with Acidifier-2.0 found in Kit AE3.T to return the leather to a squeaky feel is highly recommended prior to Prep-4.4 application.

    Leather Rejuvenating System
Rejuvenating system is the process of restoring the original fatliquor diminished through aging and cleaning to return to its characteristic suppleness. Leathers, when wet and then dry again, have the tendency for the fibrils to becomes stick together - known as the Van der Waals or London force phenomenon. This results in stiffness and when flexed, may lead to premature cracks, as often seen on neglected leathers. It is recommended to hydrate these exposed leather structure and replenish the diminished fatliquor while it is still damp. When dry thereafter, the leather fibrils will be well separated and lubricated to slide over one another smoothly during practical usage.
    Instructions
    1st Phase Hydrating Instructions:
1] Spray Hydrator-3.3 with help of foam brush to penetrate the leather for an even appearance.
2] To further relax creases and wrinkles, the entire seat is wrapped with clear cling wrapper to control evaporation for an overnight dwell for an easy workout.
3] A visual and hand inspection is to ensure thorough hydrating, with structure softness.
4] Towel extract until it shows clean and it’s ready for immediate fatliquoring.
    2nd Phase Fatliquoring Instructions:
1] Spray Fatliquor-5.0, spread with foam brush for an even appearance without the blotchiness and let natural dry.
2] Repeat application in between drying until it’s fully saturated with subsequent application.
3] The successive saturated leather is left for slow natural drying for extra softness.
4] Dry brush wicks up residue and inspect for satisfaction.
