Yes the stain can be removed!
Use Prep-7.7 (aka Ink Removal-7.7)!
This product is not design to remove the leather finish, that’s a consolation without resorting to color refinishing.
However it is not magic that removes instantly.
It works like a sloth (very slow overnight dwelling) will eventually penetrate, lubricate and suspense the dye stain.
