Audi Q3 Leather seat water/sun damage

Dear Roger,

I’ve an issue with leather car seats. Bought the car with damaged seat and not sure for how long it was so.
I would like to know is worth to even try to fix it if yes - your advise would
be highly appreciated on hows/whats.

Also i would like to know what would be best way also to soften and conditioning of other seats in general which are not damaged.
