I have a set of leather chairs & after 4 years use they have started to crack really badly & the springs have started to poke through the seats. Can someone take a look at the pictures an confirm if the covering is actually leather?

The picture shows it is not leather!

Thank you for you reply. As I am a severely disabled man in a wheelchair. I bought these chairs online from a company here in the UK called SCS. I specifically requested 100% leather & even have 100% on my purchase reciept. Are you absolutely sure that they are not leather from the picture shown? Because the company now wants to charge me for any repairs & if the are not 100% leather, I may have to consider pursuing this matter through the UK courts.
The reverse side of the leather is "suede" and not "fabric".
This is not leather. There is no way real leather would start to crack this badly only just after 4 years.
