Treating and hydrading sunfaded black lambskin 2.55
I have purchased Aniline Leather Care - Kit-A3 and have already completed a successful clean. I am currently using Hydrator 3.3 in order to complete the Dye Fading Rectification treatment, as my black vintage bag has faded a blueish colour over the years. I have had the bag wrapped in plastic for 8 hours and have already used half a bottle of Hydrator3.3.
The leather is now pretty limp, but I have noticed that the surface seems to be coming away and it is creating a strange pattern of peeling on the flap (see photos also for leather that has come away on the plastic wrap). Should I be worried?! Should I start Fatliquoring now? Really would love some advice!
