Chanel vintage lambskin- scuffed flap edges and breaks on leather in chain

Hi Roger,
My vintage lambskin bag has scuffs on the edges and breaks on the leather entwined in the chain.
I already conditioned the leather with the hydrator and fatliquor. Also finished it with Protector B.
How can I fix these issues?
