Default Best Resonably Priced Leather Chair

I have always purchased cheap leather office chairs (about $100 USD). I find the chair parts are durable but, the leather starts to tear and split in short order. What type of leather is durable but not insanely expensive? I know bonded and faux leather is the worst. Is there some kind of middle ground for durability?

Full-grain leather is the top end.

Top-grain leather is durable enough to last a very long, long time.

I have 6 pieces of flexsteel leather office chair I bought used and the leather still last, any creases or fine crack lines if frequent Hydrator-3.3 > Fatliquor-5.0 > Hydrator-3.3 >> Protector-B/B+ maintained will last the friction wear much longer.
