Default Water Damaged Auto leather seats

Have black leather seats in a convertible that were water damaged from rain, then dried in the sun. The leather has become stiff and the surface has a rough texture. These were very high quality leather seats. What products should I buy to try to soften and restore the surface???

To soften the leather structure will need Hydrator-3.3 > Fatliquor-5.0 > Hydrator-3.3 system in Kit-At5.ws
