Default Natuzzi Protecta leather - top coat is coming off

I have a Beige Natuzzi Protecta couch that has the dye coming of of it when I clean it. I recently had a Leather restoration guy come over to redye it, and instead he cleaned it with a brush and "Mr. Leather" cleaner/conditioner, and cleaned that off with warm water. It looks like he removed all the dye now, but he claims it was only ground in dirt... What do you recommend for refinishing the cushions now?Name: DAMAGE 2.jpg

First picture shows expose leather crust or grain. That is to say the primary coloring Micro-54 need to be refinished.

Second picture shows grain top secondary color 2Tone-37 rubbed off.

    >>> What do you recommend for refinishing the cushions now?

    1- Degreasing
    Degreaser-2.2 > Acidifier-2.0 system

    2- Leather rejuvenation
    Hydrator-3.3 > Fatliquor-5.0 > Hydrator-3.3 system
(Recommend to the leather crust or exposed and absorbent areas. And erase dead fibers off with Eraser-4 for better bonding with Adhesor-73).

    3- Primer or Sealer Coating
    Adhesor-73 system

    4- Primary Opaque Color Coating
    Matching Micro-54

    5- Secondary Translucent Color Coating
    Matching 2Tone-37

    6- Non-Stick, Rub-Resistant Protection
Protector-B or B+ (classical leather scent).
