    Default rain damaged leather seats

    These are the pics of the black leather seats after the top was left down during a rain storm. The leather is now rough and very stiff. One picture is of the thin leather that is raised by the back seat side window. Please guide me to the proper products and methods to get this back to as perfect as possible.
    Thank you.

    >>> The leather is now rough

    Roughness of leather is “finishes” damage and may not be salvageable, as to some degree it has already delaminated from the leather crust. It is refinished with Adhesor-73 > Micro-54 > MicroTop-54M > Protector-B/B+ system after cleaning with CleanPro-1.5 > Clean-3.8 > Acidifier-2.0 system and leather rejuvenated with Hydrator-3.3 > Fatliquor-5.0 > Hydrator-3.3 system.

    >>> and very stiff.

    Stiffness of the leather is supple up with Hydrator-3.3 > Fatliquor-5.0 > Hydrator-3.3 system.

    There is no way to safe the “thin leather” (leather finishes) if you are going to work to supple the leather structure first.

    >>> Please guide me to the proper products and methods to get this back to as perfect as possible.

    Let me know if you want to proceed with what I mentioned above, we can go into further details.

    The recommended sequence of restoring both the leather structure of its suppleness and the damaged finishing is as follows:

    1- Micro-54 pigment color coating

    2- is matched to satisfaction.

    3- MicroTop-54 top coating luster is also match to satisfaction.

    4- When you get the above 2 issues satisfied then you begin to remove the damaged finishing with Razor-60

    5- In combination with Hydrator-3.3 both to strip the unwanted finishes and re-stretched shrinkage back to dimension.

    6- And Fatliquor-5.0 to replenished diminishing fat and oil for leather suppleness.

    7- Adhesor-73 is the primer prior to Micro-54
