Default Car seat disfigured, first impressions?

Hello, I recently purchased a back seat for a car (which is in transit to me) from a salvage yard and it appears to be damaged by water or a liquid of some kind. I'm wondering if, at first glance, it looks like something which can be restored. I will post better pictures when I receive the seat. Thanks!

Most of these leather-damaged types, the shriveled color coating is first removed to easy excess to the leather crust. The shrunk leather crust is hydrated or relaxed back to its original dimension with Hydrator-3.3 > Fatliquor-5.0 system. Then the color coating is refinished.
