I saw a post about a product you have to repair leather car seats which have
    been damaged by rain.

Rainwater damaged leather seat may be classified as 1st, 2nd & 3rd degree damages.
1st degree damaged is where the dyestuff within the leather structure has migrates forming ring marks.
2nd degree damaged is the leaching out of fatliquor and the leather fibers becomes stick together stiff when dry.
3rd degree damaged is when heat is involve during drying that result in shrinkage and in most cases the finishes becomes ripple and partially delaminated from the leather crust.

Solution to 1st degree damaged is both clean and pH balance at the same time. This simultaneous dual purpose process removes foreign soiling and strengthening the ionic positive (+ve) attraction of the leather protein fiber at the same time with CleanPro-1.5 > Acidifier-2.0 system. Thus, the pH chemistry integrity of the leather protein fibers increases its attraction or hydrogen bonding when new ionic negative (-ve) Fatliquor-5.0 is replenished.

Solution to 2nd degree damaged initial soiling removal and pH conditioning to its pH neutral or iso-electric point or pI of the leather is the same as the 1st degree process with emphasis on the Hydrator-3.3. To relax the stiffness, the hydrator has to reach the entire thickness of the leather structure and separates the stick together fibrils. Dwelling sufficiently with moisture oozing out when press between fingers and thumb, up to 72 hours with evaporation control will facilitate the fiber separation. When the softness is satisfied, the moisture has to be replaced with Fatliquor-5.0 with all the water contents evaporates leaving behind 1/6 of the fat and oil to restore the stiffness when dry for use.

    Solution to 3rd degree damaged will need a refinishing after suppleness restoration with Adhesor-73 > Micro-54 + Thickener-48 > MicroTop-54M > Protector-B as a holistic restoration system.
