This is a vintage Hermes Bareina and toile canvas that has some stain issues. Is there a way I can safely clean this without worrying about bleeding from the leather?

Looks like there are stains on both the fabric and the leather.
Are you cleaning both?
Do you know the fabric material?
Write down the intent sequence of products to be used for both the fabric and the leather and I will advice.
For the canvas:
Prep 7.7- Cleaner- Rinse
For the leather:
Acidifer (to control any bleeding)- Cleaner- Rinse
Not sure what I should follow with next...
>>> For the leather: Acidifer (to control any bleeding)- Cleaner- Rinse
The leather trim is to be clean first with:
1- VachettaPro-1.2 (pH value 1.2)
http://www.leatherdoctor.com/vachettapro-1-2/ and follows with
2- Acidifier-2.0 (pH value 2.0)
http://www.leatherdoctor.com/acidifier-2-0/
When dry have an inspection and optional lightening the seasoning effect is perform with:
3- Vachetta-2.8 (pH value 2.8)
http://www.leatherdoctor.com/vachetta-2-8/
When dry have another inspection and protection is perform with:
4- Protector-D
http://www.leatherdoctor.com/protector-d/
>>> For the canvas: Prep 7.7- Cleaner- Rinse
The canvass trim is clean next, by now you would know if there are any dye run from the leather. Canvass from jute is also pH sensitive and may be subject to cellulose browning when pH solution is too high and Prep-7.7 with a pH value of 7.7 is not recommended. You will need a low pH value of 1.5 with:
1- CleanPro-1.5 (pH value 1.5)
http://www.leatherdoctor.com/cleanpro-1-5-2/ and follow with:
2- Acidifier-2.0
http://www.leatherdoctor.com/acidifier-2-0/
The above are the cautious approach to cleaning without side effect and any further persist problem may be safely treated accordingly.
