Default Rips and Cracks on Town and Country Leather Seat

Hi, I have many rips and cracks (pieces of leather missing) on the driver seat on my Town and Country. I bought a 3M product, but this job is too big for it. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
    Please see attached picture.

    Thanks

We are not looking at leathers, what we see is simulated leathers, a fancy name for vinyl or PVC.

The rips and cracks are due to the stiffening of the vinyl with diminishing or evaporates away “plasticizers”. The vinyl is recommend to be soften up with plasticizers prior to repairs otherwise it will continue to rip and crack.
