Chanel - Lambskin Bag big scratch and it is quite deep.

I want to try with this bag first and see how is the result.
As you can see in here, the pocket has a big scratch and it is quiet deep.
Should I put on a beige colour dye to cover it a little bit first then a matt coating?
What is your suggestion?
