Default Bicast leather sofa laminating finishes splitting bought less than a year ago – how to fix and how it works?

We bought a sofa less than a year ago and now when we sit on it, we can see the leather splitting. It is fine as long as there is no weight on it, but I can tell it will peel soon if we don't fix it. Can you tell me if there is anything to fix that? And how it works?

#1 Here is a photo of what it looks like when we aren't sitting on it. You can't see any problems at all.

Is there anything that can be done to help this?
