Bi-Cast/Bonded Leather (I think?) Repair

Picture #2 close-up shows the deteriorating of the suede split that is lightly the cause of peeling.

The entire section of the leather structure (split suede) needs to be rejuvenated and refinished and the end result may look different from the embossed lamination. The way or step of process will probably take this route:

1- Degreasing:
Degreaser-2.2 > Rinse-3.0

2- Removal of Existing Lamination:
The entire section of lamination will have to be removed and tools like Razor-60 helps and hope that it is an entire section without seam.


3- Rejuvenating of the base Split Suede:
Hydrator-3.3 and Fatliquor-5.0 system will soften up the leather suede split structure.

4- Impregnating the Split Suede:
Impregnator-26 helps to strengthen up the entire panel.

5- Smoothen up the Split Suede:
Adhesor-73 helps to smoothen the surface preparing for color refinishing.

6- Base Color:
Bicast-32 is an opaque pigment design to block off base color.

7- Secondary Color:
Bicast-76 is a transparent aniline color that produces the beauty of dept.

7- Topcoat:
BicastTop-76G is a gloss topcoat.

8- Protector-B+
This is a buttery-feel, non-stick, rub-resistant that prolongs the finishes.
