How to remove some indentation and blue dye stain from this Chanel Beige Mini Flap Lambskin Bag?

This leather described as without a finish is most likely the aldehyde-tanned leather type often appears as pale cream color typically used for baseball.

The indentation has overstretched the leather at some point and can be corrected by hydrating to relax the tension.

The blue stain could be a rub-on from fabric material especially blue jeans.

These two problems can be solved in one continuous process in this sequence: Prep-4.4/Stripper-2.3 > Cleaner-3.8 > Rinse-3.0 > Hydrator-3.3 > Fatliquor-5.0 > Protection-B+ (with Eraser-4 + horsehair Brush-1 + Towel)

Blue Stain Removal:
This is done with using the leather-safe Prep-4.4 (pH 4.4). It works by dwell time and may take from half hour to 4 hours for the product to work safely. The Prep-4.4 is applied by the horsehair direct with agitation concentrating on where the stains are and feather out to the entire surface of the bag to do a thorough restorative cleaning to the used leather with unknown soiling. This is follows with immediate towel extraction while the leather is moist or damp. The blue stains that need to be worked on can be left sealed in a zip lock bag to control evaporation and leave overnight. However, in between this time the stains that move is to be towel extracted, inspected with satisfaction that ceased the process or continue accordingly until satisfactory result is accomplished. The sticky residue is removed by spraying the entire bag with Cleaner-3.8, follows with horsehair agitation especially the stitching holes to remove all traces of the Prep-4.4 with towel extraction; and repeat with Rinse-3.0 with brush agitation and towel extraction until the leather is free of residue and with a healthy squeaky feel. Leave it to dry for inspection, as the leather when dry appears lighter in shade. It is also to have a better look at the stain if it resurface, either to be repeated or an option for a fast removal with Stripper-2.3 (this product need to be tested with cotton swab on hidden areas to check for finishes that will be stripped – if this is truly as a natural pale cream aldehyde-tanned leathers, then there is no fear of any finish been removed.)

Indentations:
If the bag has been damp for a while the indentation would also be lessen. However, Hydrator-3.3 is applied besides relaxing the leather of stubborn indentation with finger manipulating or massaging; it helps to precondition the leather so that the Fatliquor-5.0 will be very evenly distributed to gives an even appearance when dry. Hydrating is to plumps the leather thickness (structure) to relax such coarse creases as shown in picture #3 as an example (any way, if this section is where the fold is, it will always be there). Such creases can be stretch cross-wise while the leather is damp with hydration. And to provide fullness to the seemingly “empty” leather structure Fatliquor-5.0 helps. Fatliquor derived from ionic charged fat, oil and water. The fat helps plump and hold the leather; the oil lubricates the individual fibrils like millions of connecting hinges with smoothness and suppleness when the leather is compressed or flexed; and the water that encased the fat and oil molecule breaks free leaving breathing pores for effective leather transpiration. Towel extraction for deep cleaning is done when the hydrator and fatliquor wick foreign contamination at drying interval, until towel shows clean. For extra softness of the leather it is recommended to leave for slow drying. When crispy dry the naked surface is erased with Eraser-4 prior to Protection-B+.

Protection-B+:
This is a non-stick, rub-resistant, buttery-feel, leather-scented protection. The odorless version is also available as Protection-B. Besides protection against sticky soiling, this buttery-feel rub-resistant protection will reduce future dye transfer or making it easier to remove.

For the above two concerns, the indentation and the blue stain; this Kit A3.gs is recommended with optional Stripper-2.3 as add-on.
