Chanel - Shrinkage from Heat Damages

I found your email on your forum and would like to see if you offer a service for bag restoration.
I purchased this bag and it seems it has some sort of heat damage on the back.
The seller said the leather feels hard and stiff.
I am still waiting for it to come in the mail to see the damage in person.
Do you think you can repair this?
