Hello, I saw your post on Autotopia.com and was curious.
I recently bought a BMW with saddle brown interior.
The dealer left the new tires on the back seats but the marks did not become visible for a few days after.
I had someone re-dye the seats using a water-color based dye; but after 2 weeks, the stains are back.
Do you think your product would be able to help?

The guy who dyed the seats was a handyman of sorts, not a dedicated leather-repair center.
It appears he attempted to dye over the marks instead of treating / conditioning them before hand.
The marks appeared totally gone for around 2 weeks before re appearing.

Additionally, it was only one session.
From what I have gathered, any good dye / re-dye process takes multiple sessions.
After seeing your product's effect on the seats of the Rolls Royce, I was wondering if using your product would be a better alternative.
That product is very impressive, especially if done by the owner and not a professional.
Do you believe it would work with my particular situation?

The dealer wants to give dying it another shot, but if that doesn't work, this is definitely my next step.
All good points, I will forward your email on to them and see what they say.
They did assure me that they will take care of the problem so this might be a better route.

I know, but so long as the dealer is covering the cost, I don't have the option to try my own methods.
But I did forward the email to them.
