Attached are pictures of my 10 year old sofa/chair that is in need of some restoration.
I researched it and found your name, Roger Koh on your website.

I was told this leather is wax pull-up distressed aniline. I would like to know where I can purchase kitů..at least to do the chair first and see how it turns out.
Where can I purchase it, and what is the cost?

Armchair pictures observation:

1] For 10 years, it has not shown severe soiling – do you have a cleaning history?

2] Seat cushion and especially the back cushion show dryness with unnatural creases – possibly due to diminishing fatliquor.

3] Lightening of color – possibly from diminishing wax effect.

4] Unknown stain on the middle right side of seat cushion – do you know what causes the stain?

5] Not sure is there a general color lost due to UV fading, unless seat cushion can be turn for color comparison.

Sofa pictures observation:

1] What causes the darkening effect on the left and right back cushion?

The seat cushions are not reversible, they are affixed to the chair and sofa.
The darkness in color is due to body oils.

Need to check the original appearance of the leather...

Turn the armchair over, remove a few staples of the dust cloth and take a picture from there close to another exposed area.
