Prior to bonding repair the surface has to be restorative cleaned with Prep-4.4 > Cleaner-3.8 > Rinse-3.0 > Hydrator-3.3 > Fatliquor-5.0.
Dry prep thereafter may include fine 1500grit sanding, brushing and Eraser-4 where necessary to remove foreign residue.

To replace the missing leather use a black dyed leather suede (reverse side of leather) and scrape off the fibers with Razor-60 as filling with Bond-3D. Tint the Bond-3D with Aniline Dye-21 black and do the filling to build the missing leather up with help of hair dryer for fast drying. Bond-7A is to readjust the shape of the repair to soften it and rework with leather Spatula-6. In between repairs black dyes can be done with a cotton swab to keep it black. To match existing “patent” gloss topcoat use Topcoat-56G.
