Yes! It is possible to antique leather over sealed finish leather.
You would need a product like this:

Leather Doctor® Antique-27
It’s for creating a two-tone or an old English leather antique effect.
This is an aqueous secondary antique translucent color effect.
It’s also being used in the finer translucent semi-aniline effect.
Standard colors available in Black-715, Chestnut-721, Burgundy-711 & Tan-701.
Instruction:
1] Shake well before application
2] Reduce shade - add Clear-777
3] Ensure adhesion – apply Adhesor-73 prior to application.
4] Pad or spray to create the desired finish.
5] Blow dry in between coats until desired result is achieved.
6] Topcoat protection - use Topcoat Aniline-79, Pigment-56 or Micro-72 to match.
