How big of a piece do you need to color match dye? How much would you charge for a sofa & 2 luv seats?http://i433.photobucket.com/albums/qq54/Pristine_Leather/100_0582.jpghttp://i433.photobucket.com/albums/qq54/Pristine_Leather/100_0603.jpghttp://i433.photobucket.com/albums/qq54/Pristine_Leather/100_0589.jpghttp://i433.photobucket.com/albums/qq54/Pristine_Leather/100_0590.jpghttp://i433.photobucket.com/albums/qq54/Pristine_Leather/100_0583.jpghttp://i433.photobucket.com/albums/qq54/Pristine_Leather/100_0584.jpghttp://i433.photobucket.com/albums/qq54/Pristine_Leather/100_0585.jpg I think these pictures are overlapping.

A sample swap from the cushion deck is the most ideal size.

An alternative place you can trim from is by removing the staples from the dust cloth, the access beyond the staples (minimum from 4 inch length).

The charge depends on the sequences of process to be executed for selected services that may include the following:

1. Stain Removal by specialty removers
2. Grease and Oil Removal by d’Oil4.4™
3. Prep Cleaning by d’Grease4.9™
4. General Cleaning by clean3.8™
5. Acidifier Rinse by rinse3.0™
6. Hydrate leather structure by relaxer3.3™
7. Structure softening & strengthening by fatliquor5.0™
8. Nap Reviving by nubuckEraser5™
9. Dye Refinishing by nubuckDye23™
10. Color Refinishing by nubuckColor94™
11. Color Fixing by nubuckFix99™
12. Non-stick silky-feel leather scent conditioning.

other option:
11. Bactericide treatment against organic odors by d’Bateria3.7™
12. Fungicide treatment against mold by d’Mold3.6™
13. Deodorize treatment against smoke odors by d’Smoke4.7™

The above details are spelled out so as to educate the customer to make aware the sequence of steps involved.

The below is a cut & paste from: http://www.leathercleaningrestorationforum.com/forum/showthread.php?t=86

“What do you normally charge for a project like this?”

For an average 7foot sofa that’s how I price to sell!

Prep Clean (d’Oil4.4™, d’Grease4.9™, etc.) =$280
Clean (clean3.8™ & rinse3.0™) =$280
Rehydration (relaxer3.3™) =$280
Fatliquoring (fatliquor5.0™) =$280
Re-Coloring (nubuckColor94™) =$560
Color Fixing (nubuckFix99™) =$280
Non-Stick Feel Conditioning (leatherScent’S™) =$90

It is important to explain so as to educate the customers to bring value to your services.

“And what are your pick up and delivery charges?”

Self drop off and pick (otherwise recommend them a few movers that you know is reliable).

“How many man hours are involved, so i can figure out what i would need to charge? Total cost of supplies?”

These are subjective depending on the severity of soiling and skill level, you have to try it out on your end!
