Havertys Mason Leather Couch was scuffed by my Dog.

[Question]

I have a Havertys Mason Leather Couch that is “Upholstered in supple aniline, waxed leather with a natural grain Fabric content: 100% top-grain leather.”

My dog got on it to sleep and scuffed the cushions.

Is the restoration hardware treatment system the same for the Havertys? Do I need the whole kit for a new couch?

The treatment used is the same, as you see from this Aniline Leather Satin Waxy Topcoat Refinishing Kit AX6.tc

You may need to get individual refills to complete the couch.

These are the sequence of processes to restore the scuff with a new topcoat.

1: Cleaning: Degreaser 2.2, Acidifier 2.0, Clean 3.8, and Rinse 3.0 system.

2: Conditioning: Hydrator 3.3 and Fatliquor 5.0 system

3: Topcoating: Aniline Top 21W

4: Protection: Protector W
