Thoughts on leather coating products

I’ve been using the Leather Doctor products a few years now. On the car detailing forums, coatings are the next big thing. That includes car leather. What are your thoughts on these new coating products for car leather seats?

Such as Gyeon Q2 Leather Shield, Car Pro Leather, etc. Someone is sending me a bottle of the Adam’s leather coating with the U. Tracking stuff.

It is important to know what these products serve, then we determine if it is necessary.

The surface of the leather also needs to be clean, otherwise soiling layers build up in time.

Prior to coating the leather we need to determine an effective removing process that will remove the aged coatings without damaging the original coatings.

These are just a few of my thoughts.
