Longchamp top flap

Hi Roger,

Sorry for hijacking the thread.

The flap of this limited edition longchamp has huge cracks. Can this be salvaged, or should I replace with the usual brown flap and recolour it? (I know longchamp won’t be happy about it, but merely so I can carry it out.) if I can recolour it? Can I use the aniline topcoat series?

Topside and underside of the flap is shown in the photos.
