Restoration Hardware Leather Couch

[Questions!]

I have a dark brown Restoration Hardware leather couch that has some pretty significant sun damage and isn't aging like I expected.
Some of the cushions look like the leather is rubbing off.
Can you please tell me what you recommend to restore color for the sun damage and help it age better?
