>>> Damage is on headrest section of couch. Need to understand which different products to repair.

Headrest damages are from body oil, grease and sweat. The body oil and grease when absorbed by the leather structure, saturates up the pores, thus given a darkening effect. The sweat contains a certain percentage of urea and when aged ferments that also raises the pH value towards alkalinity that denatures the leather. This compound situation is solves in one process through Degeaser-2.2 > Acidifier-2.0 > Hydrator-3.3 system.
Degreasing not only removes the contaminated body oil and grease it will also remove those displace original fatliquor (fat and oil) and will need to replenished with Fatliquor-5.0 as a continuing process while the leather structure is still damp. The original wax effect, just like the fatliquor diminishes through time, etc. will also need replenished accordingly to restore the pull-up effect and natural sheen when heat activated. Damaged gloss topcoat will also needed resealing with AnilineTop-76G. And the final protection is complete with Protector-D or D+.

I appreciate the quick response.

As I am technically challenged - how difficult and time consuming is the process that you are describing?
