Roger,
do you think we can restore theses chairs. I'm very concerned about this one arm. Otherwise they are just severely faded. If it is possible to restore the arm let me know how I should proceed.

Tips:
1- Degreaser-2.2 > Acidifier-2.0 system.
2- Hydrator-3.3 > Fatliquor-5.0 > Hydrator-3.3 system.
3- Impregnator-26 > Bond-3D > Stucco-90 system.
4- Custom Color Matching > Adhesor-73 > Micro54 > 2Tone-37 > MicroTop-54S > Protector-B/B+

A- Degreaser-2.2 > Acidifier-2.0 system.
In this wet cleaning process the objective is to reach into the leather structure to remove body oil, grease and sweat that is causing the damages. Sweat has a certain percentage of ammonia and urea that causes the leather to denature. That is, it shifted the pH value of the protein fiber ionic positive that breaks bond with the common leather constituents like the ionic positive fatliquor (fat and oil), like poles repels.

B- Hydrator-3.3 > Fatliquor-5.0 > Hydrator-3.3 system.
The above A- and B- is a considered as a ‘wet-process’ and that the transition between A- and B- has to be kept wet at least 25% total moisture content. The leather is only highly recommended to remain wet after sufficient Fatliquor-5.0 is replenished, otherwise the cracks will accentuate or make worse. So be careful during this wet-process, should always have the leather structure wet.

C- Impregnator-26 > Bond-3D > Stucco-90 system.
This is the ‘dry-process’ and repairs are performed accordingly. Remember that any stiffness will subject to easy cracking. Repairs performed should remain as supple as the surrounding areas to be long lasting.

D- Custom Color Matching > Adhesor-73 > Micro54 > 2Tone-37 > MicroTop-54S > Protector-B/B+
This is the sequence for color refinishing.
