Besides the lost of pigment finishes, the leather is also crack. A holistic approach would have to work from the leather structure upwards and that included removal of foreign contamination, rejuvenating the leather structure for suppleness and perhaps some crack repairing before we can put on a new refinishing system and top it up with a rub-resistant protection with continuous routine care to reduce friction wear of the pigment finishes.

The recommended sequence of process would be as follows:

A – Degreasing Process:
Degreaser-2.2 > Acidifier-2.0 > Hydrator-3.3 system is used with the help of horsehair Brush-1 and leather Eraser-4.

B – Leather Rejuvenating Process:
Hydrator-3.3 > Fatliquor-5.0 > Hydrator-3.3 system.

C – Repair Process:
Bond-3D + Stucco-90 + Micro-54 with sanding between repairs to build-up cracks

D – Refinishing Process:Adhesor-73 > color matching Micro-54 (+ 10% Thickener-48 for flow control) + MicroTop-54S

E – Rub-Resistant Protection:
Protector-B or B+ (leather scented version)
