Before clean pictures show signs of mold infestation that left coloring markings on the leather.

To confirm for mold growth is to detect for musty odor sniffing from a plastic bag.

If the mold growth that causes the dark coloring staining it may not be remove by normal standard cleaning.

d’Mold-3.6 a leather fungicide is used to retard and kill mold growth, but not design to remove the stain.

Stains are remove with the help of Eraser-4 and camouflaging with an opaque pigment such as Micro-54 to improve appearance.

In such cases the leather becomes a micro-pigmented leathers.

This improving appearance possibility should be conveyed to your customer for approval.

Tips:
Mold infested leather is much weaker as the moisture content (fatliquor) is being sucked by the mold to flourish thus the leather has to be handle with care from cracking.

General sequence of procedure for converting to a micro-pigmented leather is as follows:

Tools required for cleaning is only limited to horsehair Brush-1, Eraser-4 and terry towel.

1- Degreaser-2.2 > Rinse-3.0.
2- Hydrator-3.3 > Fatliquor-5.0
3- Adhesor-73
4- Micro-54
5- MicroTop-54M
6- Protector-B+
