Hi - I have a vintage Chanel lambskin bag that needs repair on the front left corner area. Since I am not the original owner I don't know how the damage occurred. It looks like whatever happened it was filled in but it now looks bumpy and not smooth like the rest. I would appreciate any help you can offer. I would love to see it repaired to look great but also understand it may not be possible. Maybe at best it could be made to look better at least. I have included pics. Thank you for your time in helping.

UPDATE!!!!! The previous owner said the damage is cat claw marks and a leather repairman put glue over the marks!!

Somehow this bag does not look right!

Wonder if this bag carries a "Chanel Authenticity Card"?

In my humble opinion, the authenticity of this bag is questionable.

Strips:
Unusual wear.

Stitching:
Amateurish

Precision:
Poor

Grain and quilting effect:
Too artificial

You may bring this bag to the nearest Chanel Store to let them verify it for you or just confirm the ID number.
