I have an off-white leather sofa that is less than 3 years old, but has picked up dye transfer from denim jeans. The dye has been on the sofa for several months as I've tried several mild cleaners with little success. It appears something stronger will be needed, but not wanting to damage the leather I've refrained from try anything else up to this point. I've attached several pictures showing the dye transfer.

Any help or guidance you can give will be appreciated.

Preventive Care:
A preventive non-stick, rub-resistant buttery-feel protection will help reduce staining from friction-rubs. This is done after the stains are removed topcoat replenished then Protector-B+ applied.

Topcoat Replenishing:
The 3 years of friction rubs may have diminished the clear topcoat that makes the colorcoat more susceptible to staining. Topcoats are available in gloss, satin and matte luster to match existing finishes. Again, this is only applied when all the stains are removed.

Something Stronger but not Damaging to the Leather Finishes:
To reduce physical contact to the minimum a “reverse transfer” technique using paper towel to absorb the suspended stains is the best approach.

Observation:
From pictures, we see some spots where the color is worn through – these raw spots can be spot colored prior to topcoat application. Possible color custom matching is white as the base with a few percentages of black and ochre.
There are also stitch rip, indicating that those weak areas (stitching rows) will require leather rejuvenating for softness and strength from further cracking.

Kit Sa7.di is the recommended kit for removing the dye transfer stains from:

Will recommend the best approach when you have the kit at hand.

Color touch-up is an option and is available from:
