The dents and shrinkage is 'structure' issue, that is the thickness of the leather has somehow contracted or shrunk. To improve or reverse the issue, the thickness of the leather will need to be evenly wet out or hydrated so that the entire structure is soft enough to be stretched to help relax the surface dimension. Once the quilts are stretched soft and relaxed Fatliquor-5.0 begins to follow the Hydrator-3.3 path to swell the quilts. It is the fat in the fatliquor that has the volume that plumps up the quilt when all the water content evaporates. Remember only 1/5 of the Fatliquor-5.0 will be retained in the leather structure, and all the 5/6 of water contents will evaporate. Fat and oil will take a long time to evaporate, that why leather will need periodic replenishing of this fat and oil content. Remember the lifeblood of leather is this fatliquor content of fat and oil.

To make it shine will simply need to topcoat and refinish it, just like putting clear nail polish.

Thank you Roger, can I just purchase the A3 kit plus the top coat 76G or I need the other products in A6 kit like the acidifier?

Applying a good and lasting topcoat shine is just like applying nail polish, any leather surface soiling especially body contact oil, grease, and sweat will need to be degreased, pH balanced, rinsed, and surface residue erased, before applying the topcoat, to avoid patchy, or poor surface adhesion.
Simply said, surface preparation dovetails to successful topcoat refinishing.
All the product bundle has its purpose to solve a specific purpose.
