Aniline - leather sofa stain removal help please
Hello I was looking for advice on how to remove a stain from my recent eBay purchase, an aniline leather sofa I believe ? I also want to give it all a clean and then add some kind of protection, the sofa does not look very old the previous owners told me they used Sheraton's wipes? to clean it but obviously they did'nt work, the stain appears lightewr on the reverse side of the cushion any advice on what to please.thanx Heather..

Show some pictures of the stain, we will help you out. Need to positively identify the leather types too.

Besides the unknown stains the topcoat has worn out. Good to see the difference from the hidden area for comparison - Can the seat cushion be turned over?
