Reverse one cushion and show us the contrast between the unused and the used.

Picture #9 shows physical damages, it is correct?

Is Picture #10 another physical damage too?

    Is restoration including color refinishing?

Reverse side of cushion. Yes, it's damage. Yes, restoration includes dyeing.

The unused leather shows that this is an Aniline Wax Pull-Up leather and Wax Effect-8.6 is recommended to be used as a secondary rejuvenator to achieve the original result, besides the dyes, adhesion and topcoat.

Leather Bond-3D is recommended to be used for the repair; however any repairs on aniline will result in a darker healing mark that is unavoidable even from the tannery.

The recommended structure of restoration process is as follows:

    1] Restoration Cleaning:
    Use Prep-4.4 > Cleaner-3.8 > Rinse-3.0

    2] Hydrating:
Use Hydrator-3.3 for an overnight soak with control evaporation under wrapped.

    3] Dry soiling Removal:
    Use leather Eraser-4.

    4] Stain Dyeing:
Airbrush to even out the difference in color intensity – inspect in between drying until satisfaction.

    5] Leather Primary Rejuvenation:
    Use Hydrator-3.3 > Fatliquor-5.0.

    6] Inspection:
Check all Fatliquor-5.0 strays with Hydrator-3.3 and drive the strays in until hydrator is clear (milky shows the presence of fatliquor on the surface)

    7] Pull-up Fashion Secondary Rejuvenation:
Use Wax Effect-8.6 (after a minimum of 4 hours white wax crystal will form on the surface brush them away).

    8] Repairs:
    Use Leather Bond-3D

    9] Adhesion Coating:
    Use Adhesor-73

    10] Inspection for dyeing appearance:

    11] Dye Coating:
This is the optional coating of dyestuff with the additional 10%, 20% to 30% of Adhesor-73 to even out the evenness of dyeing.

    12] Top Coating:
    Use Aniline Topcoat-79G (gloss).

Leather Scent-D with a draggy-feel to match the wax effect, it can also used to eliminates those scuff and minor surface scratches during the routine maintenance by your customer - introduce it to them to make their upkeep simple.

    Tips:
Have to warn your customer not to use Lexol Conditioners as you can see the structural distortion seen on the other thread...
