Aniline Leather Soafa (Halo Collection) Seats Ruined! Need advice on recoloring only seats
Hi, I’m Susan. I purchased this couch in 2023 and was unawares it was unfinished leather. It’s from Halo Design company. After a couple of small stains my boyfriend (now ex) tried to clean it up while I was gone. He used everything he could buy which caused the couch seats to be darker. He finally read online to condition it with COCONUT OIL to even out the color. Needless to say, the seats are ruined. What should I do? Can I strip the color and recolor the seats only? The rest of the couch is gorgeous. Before I buy a kit, I wanted some professional/experienced advice. Pics below (the pic of the full coach is prior to the idiot adding coconut oil.)
