This center console can be saved, not too far gone, it also depends on your expectations, let us discuss as follows what can be done.

The darkening appearance is caused by the body oil, grease, and sweat, it is the sweat that results in the leather to developed micro cracking. I believe it is also stiffened up, and any stress or pressure will show more new cracks.

To restore this console will require these procedure:

Step 1 - Degrease, rinse, and pH balanced with Degreaser 2.2 and Acidifier 2.0 system.

Step 2 - Continue with Hydrator 3.3 and Fatliquor 5.0 system.

Step 3 - The darkening effect is reduced by a Redox treatment with Vachetta 2.0.

Step 4 - Micro cracking and weakness of the leather structure are strengthened with Impregnator 26.

Step 5 - Surface abrasion and roughness are smooth with Adhesor 73.

Step 6 - Sealing the unfinished leather with a gloss topcoat Aniline Top 76G or a more refined waxy satin topcoat with Aniline Top 21W.

Step 7 - Non-stick rub-resistant protection either Protector B or Protector W to match the topcoat.
