Hi Roger,
I had my seat rained on, and unfortunately did not notice till seat got hard. I have your hydrator and Fatliquor products already here. I was planning on doing this job in and garage to protect it from Sunlight, but our temperatures will be around 75 day and 55 night. My Intension was to get seat wet with hydrator and put thick paper towels on seat with Saran wrap, and lit sit for a day or 2 till soft. Occasionally massaging leather soft. My problem is with the drying and adding Fatliquor, as I believe I did this step incorrectly, as leather got kind of hard again, and did also shrink again a little, on my last time that I used your product.
The third picture is from the good seat # 2967
Can you give me your opinion, and a detailed step by step?
Thank you,
Nic
