    Default patent leather problem on chanel

    I stripped the patent leather on this ChanelAttachment 8585, now it fuzzy, any suggestions on what I should use to redye blackAttachment 8584

    hi Roger, any suggestions on this patent leather, I stripped it , what should i do to redye the black or what should I use

    Im not sure if patent leather should be fuzzy after stripping the old color?

    It should not be fuzzy, rather it is a smooth leather with a heavy topcoat.

    The reverse of patent leather is suede.

    The reverse of "simulated" leather is synthetic.

    How would you like it to look like?

    Smooth as the original is not possible - it will still look fuzzy in black.

    Note:
    The logo does not look genuine - where it meet should be a recess with a gap.

    The serial number appears to be authentic. Can i make it look suede? The part that is fuzzy now?
