    >>> can it be fixed ?

There are two levels of damages to be fixed:
A – The thickness of leather structure that concern the suppleness issue.
B – The finishes coating bonding damages issue.

1 - Restorative cleaning comes first prior to restoration of both the leather structure and the finishes and is performed with CleanPro-1.5 > Acidifier-2.0.
    2 – Suppleness Restoration is perform with Hydrator-3.3 > Fatliquor-5.0 > Hydrator-3.3 system.
    3 – Refinishing Restoration is perform with Adhesor-73 > Micro-54 > MicroTop-54M > Protector-B or B+

Shaving off damaged existing coating is recommended when Color Refinishing is desired with Razor-60

We can discuss the procedure in more details depending on the route you wish to take.
