I have one spot that I cleaned and it seems like the leather is balling up.
I'm guessing this area is dirty still?
It is the armrest where my arm sits.

>>> I used Clean-3.8 and Rinse-3.0
Clean-3.8 > Rinse-3.0 is recommended for routine care or light soiling refer to Row A3 of the leather problem solving matrix.
Any sweat areas need to be routinely pH neutralized otherwise the sweat denatures and weakens the leather - See row A1
Picture #1 shows the console spot appears dull which mean that the topcoat have worn off.
The darkening effect is the common buildup of body oil, grease and sweat and removing it effectively matching the soiling level would be according to row B1 from the left column of the Aniline (A.k) King Ranch Leathers Problem Solving Matrix
