Default Pigmented (Semi-Aniline) - Help with badly discouloured Natuzzi burgundy leather couch

Hello forum, I have a Natuzzi leather couch I purchased several months ago that needs some serious help. The previous owner tried to remove grease stains from the cushions and made things much worse. The leather is stripped of the original finish for the most part and turns black when I try to clean them. I also made things worse when I tried to clean them using a nmixture of 1 part lemon juice to 1 part water. Finally there are three spots where the leather is very weak and has small holes. Any advice and product recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
    Thank You

Was the leather dry or wet when these pictures were taken?

A complete leather structure and finishes restoration will take these sequences of process:

    1 – Degreasing & pH Balancing:
    Degraser-2.2 > CleanPro-1.5 > Acidifier-2.0 > Hydrator-3.3

    2 – Leather Rejuvenating:
    Hydrator-3.3 > Fatliquor-5.0 > Hydrator-3.3

    3 – Repairs – Structure Weakness:
    Impregnator-26

    3A – Repairs – Small Holes:
    Bond-3D + Patch-4S

    4 – Repairs – Surface Smoothness:
    Adhesor-73

    5 – Color Refinishing:
    Micro-54 (matching color)

    6 – Top Coat:
    Micro-54S (satin luster) for semi-aniline

    7 – Rub-Resistant Protection:
    Protector-B (scentless) or Protector-B+ (leather-scented)

Let me know of your continuous interest and I will walk you through.

Thank you for the response. Yes I am interested in restoring this couch so your continued guidance is very much appreciated. Where should I start?

    >>> Where should I start?

Most products mentioned are found in this Kit-Sa7.cl, otherwise they are available as individual bottles, same as for refills. Recommended you opt for the ‘Fill’ version to save on shipping and easy handling and reduced freezing of the water contents. Maroon would be a close color match, otherwise you send in a color sample to match accordingly from http://www.leatherdoctor.com/custom-color-matching/
    Example of individual bottles – Impregnator-26 http://www.leatherdoctor.com/impregnator-26/
