Stripped off all most of the old dye. Then cleaned, rinse ,hydrated and fatliquored. Cushion in these pictures is still a little wet. What is the best solution to remve the dark ring.

From the pictures it looks like a stagnant stain.
May be grease and oil based - try Degreaser-2.2 deep penetration and follows with Acidifier-2.0.
When starts to move use 'reverse transfer' technique with Hydrator-3.3
