We prep cleaned and allowed prepe4.4 to dwell overnight, Cleaned and rinsed thoroughly the next day. A lot of dye came off from everywhere. We Hydrated and fat liquored many times over a 4 day period covering with plastic in between applications.

We then allowed to dry thoroughly and rinsed to remove excess fatliquor. We then filled cracks and glued loose areas with bond3d. I filled deeper gouges with bond3d, stucco and color. Dried thoroughly and sanded. We have now scrubbed in Adhesor and wiped off excess. Reapplied to worn areas until leather is consistently non absorbent. I was going to lightly sand a few worn areas they still feel a little rough and reply adhesor.

Should I mix a little micro-54 to get the color more even before applying Aniline-76 or do you think it will blend with just Aniline 76?

To much color contrast use a close match Micro-54 to achieve a more even appearance prior to Aniline-76 recommended.

Show type of airbrush/gun you will be using for application.

10-13A Blended finish with Micro-54 Tan, a really good match with base coat, chair was uniform all over.

Chair looks great, I applied Leather scent B+ today and then wiped it down, there was some secondary color coming off. Should we apply adhesor between micro-54 and Aniline 76?

It is the topcoat, when your AnilineTop-76G is applied and dried thoroughly or cured there should not be any color coming off.

I normally apply topcoat by spraying. Would I get a better coverage and bond by applying with a sponge brush?

I prefer to apply by soft varnishing bristles brushes (less of a dripping to take care off), always use a new clean brush if you want to avoid streaks.
Streaks are dried topcoat in the brush that becomes tacky that streaks.
Wash off with water and hair dry it prior to continue with next coatings eliminates streaking.

Otherwise a very fine airbrushing 'cone' shape preferred.
