How to recondition sheep skin boots with 2 types of leather

I purchased the hydrator 3.3 and fatliquor 5.0. Can I use them to recondition these boots? They seem to have 3 kinds of leather on them. I am most concerned about the part that is on top of the foot, as opposed to the higher part around the leg that doesn't get wet anyway. The inside has a layer of shearling/sheepskin. Perhaps it's all one layer only. I can't tell. To my eyes, it looks like there are 2 or 3 types of leather on the outside.
Could you please tell me how to recondition them?
