Hi,

I am in despair at the moment in trying to find someone to restore my purse but I ran in to this forum when I was trying to find answers to leather heat shrinkage. I had my chanel purse in storage for few years to my disappointment in finding my purse deformed and in terrible condition. After taking the purse to chanel to see if they could repair my purse. I was told the damage was caused due to heat shrinkage and that they could not repair heat damage. I was also told it might be repairable by remoisturizing the leather but I have no clue to how to do that.

I have been trying to find someone that could help me restoring this purse to original shape/form.
